SAEF™ Execution
The SAEF™ Execution phase brings the paper application to life. A detailed project plan is
created for stakeholders, detailing deliverables and milestones. The Execution phase takes the application from functional requirements through dialog design, coding, usability testing, integration, revisions, and quality assurance.

SAEF™ Deployment
Deploying a new, customer-facing technology is a ticklish process. A controlled deployment of a speech application limits risk to caller-customers and key business processes, while assuring that live interactions are sufficiently studied to make any necessary modifications. This includes not only engineering work, but marketing communications to all constituencies on what to expect from the new application.

SAEF™ Improvement
In order to maintain and improve completion rate for speech applications, interfaces need to be put into a structured maintenance program. This simple fact is rarely accounted for either in budgeting or project life cycle planning, but is critical to caller acceptance and ROI.
