SAEF Discovery and Vision helps organizations identify, describe, and justify speech projects through a structured information collection, organization, analysis, and presentation process. Discovery is a questionnaire driven process that collects relevant information. Vision analyzes and makes specific recommendations in the form of a Vision Document. SAEF™ Discovery
In SAEF™ Discovery the client’s internal and external drivers – both business and technical — are examined in detail. SAEF helps you ask the right questions of the right people covering existing service delivery, call metrics, business constraints and goals. Technology questionnaires cover general technology environment, corporate strategy, telephony, data, and network infrastructure. This helps you better understand how speech recognition will impact your operation, and the probable savings that will result from various degrees and modes of investment.

SAEF™ Vision
The SAEF™ Vision phase organizes and condenses data gathered in Discovery into the Vision document This includes what the application will sound like, how it will be built and what benefits it will bring. Specific sections address technology approach, total cost of ownership analysis , and Vision clips of potential applications. The Vision Document is analogous to an architectural blueprint for the final solution. Clients typically depend upon the Vision document for
